- Medical & Appointment Data: Appointment histories, consultation notes, and prescriptions (if applicable).
- Authentication Data: Secure tokens from Google or Apple if you choose to sign in via third-party providers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Qlinic services:
- To create and manage your account (Patient or Doctor).
- To facilitate appointment scheduling and notifications (e.g., via SMS).
- To securely link third-party sign-ins (Google/Apple) to your Qlinic profile.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
3. Data Storage and Security
We use enterprise-grade cloud architecture (Supabase) to store and protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We employ Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure that only authorized users (you and your appointed doctors) can access your sensitive information.
4. Third-Party Services
Qlinic integrates with third-party services to function correctly:
- MSG91: Used for sending OTP SMS messages for mobile verification.
- Supabase: Used for database hosting, secure authentication, and cloud functions.
- Google / Apple: Used for Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication.
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties under any circumstances.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information as long as your account is active. You have the right to request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature within the app settings.
