Welcome to Qlinic. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Qlinic mobile application and platform. By creating an account or using our services (whether as a Patient or a Doctor), you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Services

Qlinic is a platform that facilitates the booking of medical appointments, consultations, and clinic management. We provide software tools for Doctors to manage schedules and for Patients to discover and book healthcare professionals.

Qlinic is NOT a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide an accurate mobile number and verify it via OTP to use our services.
• If you register via third-party providers (Google, Apple), you must still verify your mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Doctor Responsibilities

Healthcare professionals registering as "Doctors" on Qlinic must:

• Hold valid, current licenses to practice medicine in their respective jurisdictions.
• Provide accurate information regarding their qualifications, availability, and clinic locations.
• Honor appointments booked through the platform or provide timely notice of cancellation.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We securely store your profile information, authentication tokens, and appointment history using enterprise-grade infrastructure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qlinic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. We are not liable for any medical outcomes or disputes arising directly between Patients and Doctors.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform or any features with or without notice.
